At ROKA we produce high quality catering,

We have a dedicated team who will take you from your initial concept, through
the design and manufacturing process. With years of experience under our belt
we can help you with installation, transport and delivery arrangements and we
can liaise with subcontractors, venue and premises management on your behalf.
As well as build-to-order we also have a rental fleet and we handle used units
when available.

Mobile Juice
Bars are small units that can be pushed along by hand, fitted with castors for indoor use or on bigger wheels for outdoor use.
ROKA provides a comprehensive consultation,
design and installation service for these projects, working hand in hand with
the venue management and the client to negotiate equipment regulations and specification.
As part of the design for each of our Mobile
Juice Bars, we can provide and build-in electrical,
lighting and water systems and countertop appliances including; fridges, freezers,
sinks, tabletop appliances, smoothie machines, orange presses, barista coffee
machines and display equipment.
Each system can be designed with the application in mind, pieced together to
suit your working practices and the equipment required.
